Server Rule??  Can this be done???
It would seem to me that this should be possible, I just dont know how. I have a customer who has rules set up in each pop user account to forward a copy of all incoming mail to a group of managers. All employees know this is being done and acknowledge so in writing. We are moving him to exchange, the issue is I need to do the same thing but would prefer not to have to create a rule in each outlook client. The rule currently works like this: Mail message is delivered to a mailbox, if manager is not in the to/cc or bcc list then the message is forwarded to manager this is repeated for the four managers in the organization. In this manner the manager does not get multiple copies of a message should it already be addressed to them. So, the question is, can this be done in exchange and applied to all accounts on the server? Thanks for any input.
